This cross gives a smooth silky wavy coat with a well- proportioned dog with impressive agility. Temperament: Maltipoos are personable, playful, bright and spunky. They enjoy romping around with other pets, cats or dogs. Much like their Maltese heritage, they are bounding with energy and love a game of chase �em. Like their Poodle heritage, they are smart and pick up obedience tasks easily. Maltipoos are gentle natured and not very mischievous. Housebreaking is not a long arduous chore. Smart and capable, they are always eager to learn new tricks. They make great companion dogs and do well with children. Maltipoos will enjoy a long life of 12-15 years. Care & Grooming: Maltipoos do well in apartment life but do enjoy the occasional walk or romp at the dog park. They are very active and will enjoy their off-leash time. Maltipoos shed very little, making them a great hypoallergenic breed. They have a full coat of hair that should trimmed monthly by a professional groomer to keep the hair from matting.
